VEGG procures whole foods and all natural ingredients to craft innovative and delicious plant-based dishes. VEGG takes great care to use organic and local ingredients as possible. Everything on our menu is vegan, some dishes can be made vegetarian by request. For those requesting vegetarian, we use organic and pasture raised eggs as well as organic dairy products as possible. Many dishes on our menu are naturally gluten free. Most other dishes can be made gluten free for an additional fee.

Onsite catering is perfect for weddings, large gatherings, cocktail parties, formal dinners, galas, fundraisers, retreats, festivals and more.

BUFFETS are great for large groups. Since your guests will be going through a line and serving themselves, this option requires the least amount of staffing (save on labor costs!). *see hospitality options below

FAMILY STYLE service promotes conversation and a “family” feel at your guest tables. Servers bring platters of food to each guest table; guests will pass the platters around and serve themselves. *Requires additional staff for execution, see hospitality below

FAQ

WHAT IS THE COORDINATION FEE?
A 10% service fee will be included in the final billing on all on-site catering orders. The service fee covers the use of our equipment, service ware, menu development, liability insurance fees, permits and other administrative expenses such as packing for your event, clean up, site visits, and detailed coordination with all parties (client, hospitality companies, wedding coordinators, etc.) leading up to the event. Please note that the service fee is taxable and is not a gratuity for the staff

WHEN IS THE COORDINATION FEE APPLIED?
The coordination service fee is applied for all events with the exception of drop-off catering (We set up the food and you take care of the rest!).

IS THERE A MINIMUM?
We require a $500 minimum for on-site catering

HOW CAN I RESERVE MY DATE?
We need our catering contract signed and sent back to us with a 50% deposit to secure the date of your event in our calendar. We accept payment via credit card and check. There will be a 3% credit card fee added to invoices for those paying via credit card.

WHEN IS MY FINAL FINAL GUEST COUNT DUE?
We require final guest counts by 2 weeks prior to your event. After the 2 week mark, we can not decrease your guest count.

WHEN IS THE FINAL PAYMENT DUE?
Final Payment is required 2 weeks prior to your event date, after all of the final details have been determined.

IS GRATUITY INCLUDED?
Gratuity is not included. Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated. Gratuity is at the discretion of the client and can be added before or after your event and is shared solely among event staff.
